Returns Policy
Misprinted/Damaged merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us through the order page to start your return. We will require a photo of your broken item before we will accept the return. After your return has been accepted, we will email you a return label for your use to return the defective item and will immediately mail out a replacement. If we do not receive the defective merchandise within 30 days of sending the return label, we will charge your card for 50% of the price of the defective print.
Ordered the wrong thing? No problem! Use our contact form to let us know so that we can get an exchange started. We will work with you on making sure you are charged the correct amount for the item you meant to order.
Any other reason for returning your print? That's okay too! These kinds of returns will be accepted at our discretion and we are happy to assist.
Shipping
Please allow 5-7 days for your order to process before being shipped out. We make all of these orders by hand, and will only sometimes have figures already in stock. If it has been greater than 14 days and you have not heard from us about your order, please fill out our contact form and we'll be happy to review.
